Refund Policy

1. General Policy: At AI Plus Decisions, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We understand the importance of trust and investment you put into our services. Therefore, we have a transparent refund policy to ensure you feel secure while working with us.

2. Content Creation Services:

  • Full refund will be issued if you decide to cancel our content creation services within 5 days of making the payment.
  • No payment will be refunded once the content has been delivered and approved by the client.
  • If there’s a delay from our end in delivering the content beyond the stipulated time, a partial refund can be considered.

3. SEO and Automation Services:

  • If you choose to terminate our SEO or automation services within the first 5 days of commencement, a full refund will be issued.
  • Post the initial 5 days, refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis depending on the work completed.

4. Ads Management:

  • For ad campaigns, once the ads are live, no refunds will be processed. However, you can choose to stop the ads at any point.
  • Setup fees for ad campaigns are non-refundable.

5. AI Chatbot Services:

  • Once the chatbot is live and operational, no refunds will be processed. However, you can choose to stop or deactivate the chatbot at any point.
  • Setup fees for chatbot services are non-refundable.

6. Comments and Media:

  • If visitors leave comments or upload media, we collect certain data for spam detection. No refunds pertain to these actions.

7. Monthly Packages and Subscriptions:

  • Monthly packages are billed in advance. If you choose to cancel mid-month, the remaining amount will be adjusted in the next billing cycle or refunded upon request.
  • For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime. The refund for the unused period will be processed on a pro-rata basis.

8. Third-party Services:

  • Any service that involves third-party tools or platforms will be subject to the refund policy of the respective third-party. We will assist in facilitating the refund process but cannot guarantee it.

9. Special Cases:

  • In situations where a particular service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances or limitations on our end, we can offer a refund or provide an alternative service of equivalent value.

10. Requesting a Refund:

  • To request a refund, contact our support team with a valid reason, and we’ll process it after a quick review.

11. Changes to the Refund Policy:

  • AI Plus Decisions reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.
